The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from the olive groves of the Tenuta di Bagnolo. The varieties are the typical Tuscan: frantoio, moraiolo, leccino and pendolino.
The olives are handpicked and placed in small boxes. The pressing takes place in cold within 12 hours from the harvest.
